Cannon Pile
The Cannon Pile lies in close proximity to the S.S. Excellent wreck. The cannons can be found north of this wreck scattered in an area of 25 to 29 meters of depth covering an area of approximately 256 square meters.
The iron cannons are heavily encrusted now and can be hard to distinguish if you do not know what you are looking for. There is also a large mount of cannon balls around the cannons.
The cannons are believed to be from the 18th century.
